DAS VILLAIN Sky Cries Mary are one of outliers in the Seattle Music scene during the 1990's when grunge was the standard. Fusing industrial music, space rock, trip hop, and psychedelia the band stood out. Dual vocalists Anisa Romero Rodrick Wolgamott coupled with an array of talents musicians, the band's sound is atmospheric, yet surreal and slightly haunting. Seeing them live many moons ago was a honor and privilege where this release is why the band are legends (bordering on mythical) in Seattle.
